AI training, payments & refunds policy

Launchidea is primarily an AI-based training platform. We charge students a monthly membership fee for access to our AI training program — including AI-guided learning tracks, AI idea generation, rigorous idea validation, the MVP landing-page builder, accountability cohorts, and the project marketplace. The Learner plan is $49/month and the Instructor plan is $79/month, both with a 7-day free trial. This membership fee is billed by Launchidea (securely through our payment partner) on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

Launchidea is an AI-based training platform that also connects Data & AI trainers, instructors, and subject-matter experts with students. We supply collaboration tools — AI learning tracks, course listings, live-session scheduling, enrollment requests, and branded instructor workspaces. For the instructor-led training marketplace, we are a platform, not a party to the training itself.

Your Launchidea AI training membership fee (the monthly subscription you pay us) covers access to all AI training features described above. Separately, fees for instructor-led courses and live sessions are charged directly by the instructor through their own workspace and payment gateways (for example Stripe, PayPal, or Zoom Events). Launchidea does not collect, hold, escrow, or transmit those instructor course fees between instructors and students — only the monthly AI training membership is billed by Launchidea.

Your Launchidea AI training membership renews monthly. You can cancel anytime from your account to stop future renewals. Because Launchidea never handles payments for instructor-led courses, we cannot issue refunds for any individual course or live session — those refund requests, cancellations, and billing disputes must be directed to the instructor whose payment gateway processed the charge. Each instructor sets their own refund policy — review it before paying.

Instructors are solely responsible for delivering their training, setting accurate course descriptions, providing working meeting links (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, Webex, or other apps of their choice), and honoring their own refund and cancellation policies. Students are responsible for reviewing course details and an instructor's refund terms before paying. Launchidea is not liable for the quality, scheduling, or delivery of any training.

If you have a payment dispute, contact your instructor first. For charges made through their payment gateway, follow that gateway's dispute process. Launchidea may remove listings or suspend accounts in cases of fraud, misrepresentation, or repeated complaints, but we do not adjudicate payment disputes.
